Repair Sales Consultant
My client due to new contracts and expansion are now looking for a Repair Administrator to join an existing team in this engineering company based in Bishop`s Stortford.
This is a very friendly, down to earth environment, you will be dealing with engineers here so you must be able to keep them in line in a friendly manner !!
The Repair Administrator`s job is to ensure all repair and enhancement work is completed within KPI`s and customer contracts and all computer systems are updated to that effect.
Your Key Responsibilities will be as follows;
To ensure that all repair/enhancements work is scheduled with the subcontractor or repair engineer and client within 24 hours of receipt of the job pack.
To update computer systems to reflect the status of the job
Identify parts required for repairs/enhancement
Raise PO`s within 24 hours of receipt of job pack
Check in parts as they arrive and manage storage area in warehouse
Invoice all repair work within 24 hours of completion with completion paperwork
To be flexible where appropriate
We need strong administrator`s for this role, you will have a working knowledge of Excel including formulas, filters and formatting. You will have a high level of accuracy with excellent organisational skills.
