Administration Assistant 6 month Contract
I am currently working for a thriving and growing company who are expanding and need an extra person to come in and support two Account Managers. This is a 6 month contract due to company changes.
My client have been established for over 30 years in the Health, Beauty & Fashion sectors and really are going from strength to strength.
They are looking for someone to the join the team to support the two Account Managers to help with customer orders, dispatching stock, stock management, administration, inbound and outbound calling. Full training will provided for this position and there is room for progression.
You will have a background in Customer Service and building relationships
You will have administration/office experience with a keen eye for detail as you will be dealing with serial numbers and codes.
You will be IT literate on Word, Excel and Outlook and you will have experience or the ability to learn inhouse systems.
You will be dealing with client`s on the telephone and via email
You will be running orders
You will be dealing with stock and other duties
The salary range is £18,000 - £19,000, you will have 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. There is free parking and a pension scheme after a qualifying period.
