About the role

As a call centre agent, you will be calling up existing customers to arrange appointments for sales executives to attend. You'll be set the target of arranging 3 appointments in every shift you work - which gives you huge opportunities to earn bonuses. You'll earn a percentage of the total sales made from your appointments, so the more you make, the better you'll do!

You'll receive full training when you start, so by the time you hit the phones you'll know exactly what to do in order to hit your targets. The shifts are 3 hours long and this is a really flexible role, so you can fit it around your other commitments or take on as many shifts as you like.

There are three shifts available, and they're all Monday to Friday - your weekends will be completely free! The morning shift is from 9:30am - 12:30pm, the afternoon shift is from 1:15pm to 4:15pm and the evening shift is from 5pm to 8pm.

The team you'll be working in is a lot of fun and has a great atmosphere, so if you think you'll fit right in then we want to speak to you.

What you'll need

We're looking for candidates who are good with people and comfortable on the phone. If you have a friendly attitude and the drive to succeed, then you'll be a perfect fit. You don't need any experience (though if you've got a background in customer service then that's even better).
