We are looking for Children's Support Workers for the Much Hadham area of Hertfordshire to join an established children's residential home & school for 5 - 19-year olds with excellent values. They offer continuous commitment to each individual to give them the best quality of life.

Our client who is a locally based charitable organisation provides high quality specialist care and support to people of all ages with complex neurological conditions, epilepsy and associated disabilities. You do not need experience to become a Children's Support Worker. We will fully support you with 6 days orientation and on-going training, monthly one to ones with your manager and regular meetings with your qualification assessor for support and guidance.

Your role is to support the children and teenagers using our service to develop into independent, happy, young adults. You will assist them with their day to day routine from getting them up and ready for school, helping them take part in activities and hobbies, to getting them ready for bed. There will be some personal care involved.
