The role is a new one within the company and you will be based in our Harlow Head Office. You will be working with an energetic, focussed and
friendly team. This is an excellent role for someone who is hardworking, motivated and organised. We are looking to recruit a Bank Reconciliations Clerk to provide accounting and admin support to the Finance Team.
Tasks to include:
• Reconciliation of bank accounts
• Investigation and resolution of reconciliation queries
• To have regular contact with partners and senior staff
• Admin work to support the company
• Ad hoc accounts functions to assist the team
Working as part of a small team your role requires the following attributes:
- Prior experience of Bank Reconciliations is essential
- An all round accounts background would be advantageous
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- IT literate with specific strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word Outlook
- Ability to adapt to change and to display initiative
This role is full time, 9.00am-5.30pm Monday to Friday
