Our highly sought-after sales roles provide a large degree of autonomy and authority to the right candidates. You will be the front line of our customer-facing team and it is essential that you present the company in a highly professional manner. The positions come complete with company car, laptop, mobile and commission structure. As part of the Windsor Materials Handling family, you will be involved with a wide variety of MHE, access, floor cleaning, warehouse and other specialist products and will be able to provide the right equipment, regardless of manufacturer. Whatever the customer needs - forklifts, warehouse equipment, access or specialist kit - we provide the highest quality support via teams of skilled, local materials handling technicians to go with it. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in MHE or related sales and be self-motivated to perform at a high level. If you're interested in joining from outside the industry, training is available for those from agricultural, automotive or other relevant backgrounds. We are very proud of our heritage, our services and our ambition, and we have a large portfolio of equipment, in-house training procedures and a commitment to rewarding high performance. As well as selling, hiring and servicing new and used equipment, you will have an assigned mentor and the opportunity to develop relationships with manufacturers and added-value service providers. This is a field based customer facing role which involves being responsible for the development of the business to business sales of forklift trucks and is offering excellent progression opportunities. These roles would suit an experienced sales person looking to enter a new industry and be able to manage their own work load on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the desire and potential for high achievement. A genuine passion for developing new and existing client relationships, no industry or similar industry experience is needed. We are also interested in hearing from experienced equipment engineers looking to progress into sales. No agencies please.
