Job Title: Payroll Administrator Reporting to: Operations Manager Salary: £18,000 per annum Days: Monday - Friday Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 An excellent opportunity to join an expanding company based in Harlow, CM20. My client is looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to join their team providing payroll and accountancy services to recruitment agencies and self employed contractors around the UK. Core Competencies & Skills Required Confident, outgoing, enthusiastic Long term career aspirations Planning and organisation Initiative Teamwork Attention to detail Excel experience necessary Merit experience preferred Key Tasks Using the in house database and computer systems to set candidates up Checking Candidates records, payroll numbers and ID Checking timesheets sent in from agencies Producing Invoices using the in house database Sending Payslips to Contractors Calculating Expense claims and inputting to the system Sending P45 & P60’s Scanning all documents Answering calls and directing to the correct department Dealing with all payroll related issues via phone and emails This job was originally posted as
