Office Coordinator - GBP18-20k Per Annum

Our client is looking for a highly for an organised, efficient and driven Office Coordinator to join their forward thinking and successful company.

The successful Office Coordinator will have a positive and determined attitude and will have the drive and ambition to succeed in a fast paced and varied environment.

Office Coordinator duties:

  • Uploading candidate details onto the internal database
  • Sending interview confirmations
  • Writing and managing adverts across various job boards
  • Creating and sending invoices
  • Responding to email and telephone enquiries
  • Ad hoc administration duties as required

The ideal Office Coordinator candidate must have strong organisational skills and have a strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications. They must also be articulate and have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as being well spoken and well presented.
