We have a new permanent job opportunity available, working for a leading Estate Agents as a Trainee IT Administrator. This will be based in the companies Head Office, located in Chelmsford and is the perfect opportunity to get your foot in the door of an incredibly successful and ever-growing industry. The working hours for this role are 8:30am to 6:00pm from Monday to Friday. To be considered for this vacancy, you will need to have a genuine passion and interest within IT, and be looking to further enhance your skills and build up a strong foundation. Basic skills and knowledge of Windows 7, Excel and Word are essential, as is a basic knowledge of HTML and SQL Coding. Computer Literacy is key, and other software that would make you stand out is PhotoShop, InDesign and other similar programmes. This opportunity would require the successful candidate to absorb instructions quickly and accurately, and work to strict deadlines, operating individually or on occasion in a group. Full training will be provided to ensure you are a huge success and your primary duties will be based around Data Entry, Troubleshooting any IT issues and logging resolution and progress updates, as well as handling basic online and offline marketing. Other duties will involve handling statistics with management, updating their website to keep it fresh, update custom SQL Databases and Bespoke systems with assistance and carry out tasks on their individual software. You will also gain additional tasks when you become more confident and this could include managing to promotional screens for each branch and working alongside IT Executives to deal with external companies and communicate with them to resolve issues. For your efforts, you will receive a basic salary of between £8,950 and £12,376 dependent on your experience.
