Sous Chef Up to £27K Outskirts of Chelmsford Our Client, a beautiful wedding venue and restaurant, require an experienced Sous Chef to join their expanding brigade. This well-established hotel and restaurant is surrounded by spectacular Essex countryside and is a firm favourite destination for functions and events. As well as catering for functions and events, this venue has an onsite restaurant and bar which are popular with tourists and locals alike. Using only the finest locally sourced ingredients, this establishment pride themselves on serving quality dishes that ensure a busy trade all year round. The ideal Sous Chef will be capable of covering all sections of the kitchen, work well under pressure and have a true creative flair. In addition to the above qualities, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a rosette standard/fine dining establishment and will be eager to surpass the high standards this establishment already holds.
