An excellent opportunity for a Administration/sales processor to join our friendly vibrant team. Based in Barking. We are looking for a enthusiastic motivated person to join our sales team.

As the Sales Administrator you will be responsible for day-to-day enquires and ensure customer service standards are met on every possible occasion.

Duties Include:

Handling inbound calls from customers taking telephone orders whilst gathering necessary information to process orders, keep the answerphone messages up-to-date

Processing sales orders using our own in-house database

Manage emails and compose appropriate responses to queries, complaints and orders in a timely manner

Running various daily, weekly and monthly reports - convert into Excel

Preparation of quotations using either Microsoft Word or Excel and sometimes PowerPoint

Work closely with other team members to ensure all orders are dispatched accurately and on time using the most suitable method

To update customer order status on the on-line systems

To check deliveries have been made using various courier websites

Contacting clients and suppliers to progress outstanding quotations

General office administration
